About Us

Adgnizion is an international Social, Economic and IT research and evaluation consultancy committed to providing business solutions and promoting positive social change through evidence-based research aimed at exploring, learning and growing.

Our approach

We adopt a pragmatic approach when dealing with projects of all types, insisting that projects are considered

with an open mind. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and project deliverables but

also remain focused on identifying unintended consequences of projects where they may exist.

Given our pragmatic approach, we deploy a wide range of evaluation methodologies, always ensuring that

projects are considered on their own merits and deliverable. Based on the aforementioned, an appropriate

methodology which addresses the uniqueness of the project is selected.

Our team is made up of consultants with expertise in advanced social, economic and IT research, consultancy on topical business and social issues, supporting design teams in enhancing user experience, and competent in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research. Our consultants are seasoned training providers for mid-level and senior executives from both private and public sector organisations. We relish working with partners from a wide range of sectors.

Career advancement for BAME professionals

Working with our partners at Solihull College & University Centre, we conducted an Education Training Foundation ( ETF) sponsored project on Breaking Barriers to career advancement for BAME professionals seeking senior roles in higher and further education.

Two of our senior consultants worked on this project, liaising with relevant stakeholders whilst ensuring that project outcomes were delivered both professionally and within agreed deadlines. The project outcomes resulted in policy recommendations for institutional and sectorial change. We take pride in supporting research and consultancy projects that address challenging business, social and environmental problems.
